A Celebrity Fat Burning Secret

When you see a celebrity whom you know has struggled with weight and suddenly they are thin, you first think about what they had to do to get there. And the first item we talk about is generally what foods they ate and what exercise they did to get down to that size. With a little research I found that there are group of foods known to help with quickly burning fat, and they are not at all what you think.

Burning is defined as something that uses fuel and gives off energy. In this case the food is the fuel these foods actually burn more than then the calories they leave on your hips. It is by their makeup of complex carbohydrates, along with the way they are prepared - as many aren't cooked - that makes them the best for fat burning. So it's not unusual to hear that many people are getting on board with this sort of diet because it is so natural.

We've heard it a hundred times, that if we are fat, we must be taking in more calories than we are expending. And most often, with the ease of computers, we can sit for endless hours working in one place without lifting a foot. And then most of us don't get up until we're absolutely starving or the call of nature is greater than the work we're trying to finish. It's no wonder, then, that the pounds are easily stacked on our frames.

The updated list is eggplants, blackberries, spinach, pumpkin, oranges, pineapple, carrots, fava beans, dried fruits, walnuts, cherries, beans, limes, broccoli, grapefruit, mushrooms, turnips, and lemons. And now I know why mom went through months on the grapefruit diet, and my mother-in-law is always telling me I'll lose a ton of weight and burn fat if I subscribe to her lemon diet. Ah, they both knew all the time! And these other foods listed will work in the same way.

Just as the best fat burning websites tell you, you need to start any new diet or regimen with moderation. Work these food slowly into a diet. This strategy accompanied by a moderate exercise routine is essential in burning fat quickly. The more you can introduce and the more exercise, naturally, the more you will see a loss of body fat. But take your time with these foods so you will enjoy them as much as they are benefiting your waistline.

Protein intake is important in this phase as well. The foods I've listed work excellent when combine with lean proteins such as salmon, chicken breast, and certain cuts of beef. Stay away from pork and any other fatty meats. There are so many ways you can prepare the protein that you will not tire of this diet. Salmon is a wonderful choice because you will also be getting very beneficial omega oils necessary for healthy cell structure.

Of course you knew I'd throw in a word of caution. Make sure that you don't add a bunch of carbs or a bunch of fats to this diet. These fat burning foods work well with each other and with little else. One thing that won't work is dumping your normal level of fattening butters and oils, high starch side dishes with your fat burners. They will counteract each other and you will see no progress and think the program doesn't work.

Finally, I found the best way to watch these work is with a daily food journal. Write in this journal everything you eat and drink within your day. It will quickly show you things about portions and the frequency in which you are eating - or overeating. And make sure you take good breaks during the day to get out and exercise. That alone will help more than any dieting and make you feel re-energized and set to go!
